English Bible Study - Fall 2002

Because of the interest in English (and our lack of Mongolian language), we taught an English Bible Study every Friday evening for any FCS students interested in coming. Interestingly, most of the ones who came had only very little English background! So we spent each week teaching a lot of vocabulary and a simple short Parable in the Gospels.

About 10 students attended on a regular basis, and the study was helpful for us to learn more about students' personal lives, the Mongolian culture, and Mongolian group dynamics. We ended the semester with a small party at our apartment (see pics).
