Leadership Training Course (LTC) - Jan. 21-26

Tom co-directed (with Chuka) this one-week camp for our 5 cell leaders, who are all first-time leaders and the ONLY student leaders in FCS. The focus was on leadership development, and we spent the week studying the life of Moses and the book of Exodus. The schedule included early morning prayer and breakfast, bible study, team-building, lunch, leadership training, dinner, and then sermons/lectures in the evenings. All the cell leaders slept in our office.

One afternoon, the staff and cell leaders took time to visit Zaisan mountain, just a few minutes outside the city center. Although it was freezing cold, we all enjoyed the chance to be outdoors (since LTC was almost always inside the office!). The last day we hosted a dinner at our apartment, and also visited an interesting Mongolian house church (meets in someone's 1 bedroom home).
