FCS2 Leadership Team Bible Camp and Staff Retreat

On August 11-12, we led our FCS2 staff team (Chuka, Nyamaa, Mesona, and the two of us) on a planning retreat. We focused on setting goals for the new semester, and brainstorming strategies to effectively pioneer a group in Southeastern Ulaanbaatar. It was our first solid time together as a full team, and helped us come together and unite as a staff team.

Then on August 14-16, we took our Leadership Team (staff plus 1 student and 1 graduate) to a campsite in the countryside for 3 days. It rained the entire time, was freezing cold, and drunk people kept us up all hours of the night! But we were still encouraged because the Lord met us through prayer and Bible Study. Tom led us through the Book of Haggai, and Mesona led us through prayer and reflection.
