Leadership Camp

For the purpose of training and team-building for our FCS2 team , we took our 2 Mongolian staff, 2 student leaders, and our short-term missionary Mesona on a 2-day retreat in the Mongolian countryside. Nancy led us through the camp, while Tom taught on Biblical leadership (1 Samuel). As you'll see from the pictures, it was also a fun time together!

The retreat center was basically 2 rooms, heated by a big fire stove, the same stove which we used to cook our own meals. There were no bathrooms, no beds, and even no electricity at times. But it was beautiful scenery!
