» 2004.12-2005.1 Holidays in Chicago
We spent a few weeks in Chicago, including Christmas, New Year’s, and Nancy’s birthday (Jan. 2). It was the first time for Nancy’s relatives and Tom’s aunt to meet Abby, so as usual, lots of pictures were taken! We had a delicious dinner at Nancy’s brother and sister-in-law’s (Paul and Jennie) on Christmas Eve, and Abby even got to open some presents. Christmas Day was Tom’s aunt’s turn, as she prepared Chinese Hotpot, and Nancy’s sister Judy joined us. New Year’s Eve was mellow, staying at home with the baby and barely making it til midnight! New Year’s Day was a traditional Korean gathering and food at Nancy’s parents house. As you can tell, we ate well in Chicago!
