2005.6.1-6.4 Tom’s meetings in Oaxaca, Mexico
For 4 days, Tom attended a special Wycliffe Board Retreat (once every few years) in Oaxaca, Mexico. The purpose was (1) to achieve unity of vision/purpose through time together with the other 14 Board members and (2) to learn more about Wycliffe’s work on the ground by visiting local Bible translation projects and listening to several Wycliffe field directors. Although Tom missed Nancy and Abby, it was a very fruitful time. Tom also enjoyed the rich history, cultural and linguistic diversity of Oaxaca, as you’ll see in the photos below!
