2005.11.7 Staff Training Center, Nyamaa’s bday
One of our biggest responsibilities this semester has been launching a new staff training center, created primarily for training our 3 new Mongolian staff interns. Every morning, Tom and our other experienced staff teach Bible study, lectures on various relevant topics, and take our interns through exercises in leadership. For example, one day, our 3 intern went on a “field trip” to a nearby university to practice street evangelism and to do religious surveys (see pics below).
Recently, our whole staff team came together to celebrate Nyamaa’s birthday. Nyamaa is a 3rd year staffworker, who works with our FCS1 chapter. We had a wonderful time of fellowship together. These times have been rare lately, as each chapter has had a flurry of activity these past 2 months.
